Michaela is the founder and CEO of the boutique creative agency Long Winter Media. She’s also the Senior Director of the De Pree Center for Leadership at Fuller Seminary where she builds programs, writes, and teaches on issues of vocation, work, and leadership. Her first book, Make Work Matter: Your Guide to Meaningful Work in a Changing World comes out later this year.
