Jessica Reinhart, founder of Lumitory, joins the podcast this week to share what she’s learned on her journey to encourage others toward authentic community. Jess starts us off with her favorite personality profile tool, The Elements Assessment, and reminds us of the value in knowing ourselves and others.

She founded Lumitory to be a light in the world by encouraging community and meaningful connection. Jess also serves on the board for Pay It Forward Day, a global initiative on a mission to spread kindness across the world. Jessica and her husband, Jeff, are New England natives with three young children who now call sunny Arizona “home.”
